Order Process

All our made-to-order gowns have a turnaround time of 16-24 weeks from the date of order to delivery. Please keep this timeframe in mind when planning your wedding or event. If you have any questions or require expedited options, please contact orders@varcabridal.com assistance.

Return Policy

Unless otherwise specified, all styles are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may change, so we allow refunds or order cancellations within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note that this 7-day window includes the date of order placement.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 20-30 business days for your return to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the specified return requirements.

Lost or Mishandled Packages

Varca Bridal cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
